We offer sliding scale services to actively enrolled students, GED participants & their families.   We also accept many types of insurance. To make an appointment by phone, please have the following items handy, then call 630-423-6010.

  • Your KCC ID Number,  proof of enrollment (OR contact us from your KCC email).
  • Your insurance card, if you have one.
  • Your calendar (for scheduling).

You can also request an appointment online,24/7.

If you have insurance, we are in network with:

Aetna, Allied Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Compsych, HealthLink,  and United Behavioral Health, and Optum.

Even if we are not in network with your insurance, most insurance plans have out of network benefits. Our foundation helps to provide financial assistance for those with high deductible/ insurance related financial difficulties.

You can also use your Flex card or HSA, cash, check  or debit/credit card. Payment is due at the time services are delivered. We bill, set appointments and complete intake paperwork through an electronic health platform – you’ll be sent instructions for registering with  us. All your information is 100% confidential, and kept separate from your educational records/files.
